A1. Who these terms are with
This site is operated by Rysax USA LLC, 21625 Rhodes Rd., Spring, Texas 77388, United States ("Rysax", "we"). Our Brazilian operations are conducted by Rysax do Brasil Ltda, CNPJ 63.932.062/0001-51. By using this site you agree to these terms. If you do not, please do not use the site.
A2. What the site is, and what it is not
This site is published to inform. Nothing on it is an offer, a quotation, an engineering opinion, or professional advice, and nothing on it creates a contract between us. Work is performed only under a signed agreement, and where that agreement and this site disagree, the agreement governs.
A3. The free tools and the guides
Our tools and downloadable guides produce estimates and structure, not engineering deliverables. They rest on general assumptions and they have not seen your asset, your site, or your procedures. Do not use any output as the basis for a design decision, a safety decision, a procurement decision, or a regulatory submission. Reference figures in the Investment Guide are indicative, dated, regional, and confirmed or replaced in a written proposal.
A4. The Investment Guide licence
The Investment Guide is provided for your own internal evaluation. It contains commercially confidential pricing information. You may not publish it, post it, or pass it to a competitor of Rysax. You may of course share it inside your own organisation, which is what it is for.
A5. Intellectual property
The site, its text, images, structure, and the Rysax, Vectro 3D and PhotoCoat names and marks belong to Rysax or its licensors. You may read, print and share pages for your own business purposes. You may not copy the site, scrape it at scale, or use our content to train a model or build a competing service without our written permission.
A6. Client names and logos
Client names and logos appear with permission or as a factual record of work our team has delivered. Any client may ask us to remove theirs and we do so promptly, no discussion required.
A7. Links out
We link to other sites. We do not control them and we are not responsible for them.
A8. Warranties and liability
The site is provided as it is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or reliance on its content. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
A9. Export control and sanctions
Our services and software are subject to United States export control and sanctions law. You confirm you are not located in, and not acting for anyone in, a country or on a list that would make providing them to you unlawful.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, and the courts of Harris County, Texas have exclusive jurisdiction.
